Legal I.T. has a comprehensive register control facility. Standard registers in legal practices can include a Wills register, Deeds register, register of Undertakings, register of Company Seals.
An up-to-date and accurate Wills register is essential in any legal practice. What we provide is the facility to easily update and search your wills register. As well as the facility of storing your register in a structured format, you also have the choice of scanning in the actual will and attaching this scanned document to your register. This gives the F/E (assuming permission) the added advantage of not only being able to search the register of wills, but also of being able to view the actual will in question.
The deeds register like the wills register is easily updated and searched. A F/E may wish for a list of deeds that may be attached to a particular matter or alternatively a list of deeds for all matter relating to a particular client. Again like wills, deeds can be scanned and attached to the deed record for easy viewing.
The deeds register also contains a full movement history allowing the practice to track the status and location of a deed or deeds at any time.
